Bereavement Support
The charity is a friendly, helpful organisation providing valuable support and information to everyone affected by Aortic Dissection, including bereaved families and friends.
We have a dedicated team of bereaved relatives who support each other and can connect bereaved families with appropriate professional help and advice.
We run a dedicated private Facebook support group specifically for bereaved families and friends, in addition to our main Aortic Dissection Buddies support group.

A small team from the charity, together with professional advisors and supporters, is currently working on a booklet for families who have lost a loved one to Aortic disease. The booklet will include helpful information and advice applicable to the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland (the law and procedure for Inquests, for example, varies depending on where you live).
